9.2 How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from V & T Carbonic, Inc. in any of the following ways:

• Web Form: By submitting a service request form on this Site and checking the SMS opt-in checkbox, you expressly consent to receive text messages related to your service request.
