Our Story

V&T Refrigeration, Inc. has been around since 1964 when we were just a little CO2 cylinder company that catered to home beer bars. Our founder quickly shifted our focus to offering CO2 And Beverage Equipement Services to commercial businesses, beginning with McDonald’s restaurants, after seeing a huge potential in the food and beverage sector. This change in direction set us on the development path and solidified our position in the market.

We became Cryogenic Carbonic Engineering, Inc. (CCE) in 1982 to formally establish our business. By 1998, we had solidified our position in the CO2 delivery business and had decided strategically to exit CCE and enter the commercial refrigeration industry. Thanks to this progression, our service options grew, and now we specialize in installing and maintaining ice machines, walk-in coolers, freezers and commercial refrigeration equipement. Because of our proficiency in these areas,
we have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience to help provide our clients and partners with the best customer service possible.

A new service we’ve added to our repertoire in recent years is CO2 Life Safety. As part of this growth, we provide Co2 Alarm Plan Layouts, Permitting, Co2 Monitoring Alarm Systems and Installation for Enrichment Facilities, Breweries, Restaurants, Theaters, Stadiums, Pool Rooms and others to ensure our clients environments are safe if dangerous levels of CO2 occur.
